About the role

The Valet Driver ensures smooth vehicle flow for hotel guests, providing courteous parking assistance, safe transportation, and support for guest inquiries. This full‑time position requires a professional appearance and a commitment to safety and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clear entrance areas and manage vehicle congestion efficiently.
• Greet guests, accept vehicles for parking, and store keys securely.
• Provide detailed parking charges, issue receipts, and handle cash‑handling duties when needed.
• Transport guests to and from the airport or other locations as directed by concierge or management.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, report maintenance issues, and drive safely following all road laws.
• Assist with fire alarm procedures and report any security concerns.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments and uphold health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail for key management and vehicle condition.
