About the role

The Valet Driver provides premium parking assistance to guests of a five‑star beachfront resort, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. The role combines hospitality service with safe vehicle handling in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and co‑workers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Position yourself at resort entrances to anticipate guest needs and offer valet parking.
• Explain valet fees and benefits clearly, and direct guests to alternative parking when requested.
• Maintain a clear driveway and entrance, coordinating vehicle flow for arrivals and departures.
• Register each vehicle in the valet parking system with accurate details.
• Conduct a thorough walk‑around of each vehicle, noting any existing damage or warning lights on the system.
• Communicate any vehicle issues to Front Office Leaders promptly.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine hospitality mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Valid driving licence and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate basic valet parking equipment and devices.
