Value Proposition Manager - Emirati Segment (UAE Nationals Only)

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analysis to create Emirati‑tailored propositions for UAE National customers across all segments.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end Emirati campaigns on time to meet segment objectives.
• Create dashboards as needed and work closely with segment heads and product teams.
• Participate in projects that enhance the Emirati customer experience and serve on relevant committees.
• Act as the single point of contact for all Emirati proposition initiatives and projects.
• Deliver regular updates on segment performance and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve department goals.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships that strengthen propositions and acquisition.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and Emirati customer‑experience journey enhancements, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage the team to ensure deliverables are met.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in banking, propositions, project management, and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business.
• Project Management certification.
• Knowledge of retail banking products.
