About the role

The Millennium Al Rawdah Hotel, a luxury 5‑star property in Abu Dhabi, is seeking enthusiastic professionals for a range of positions across its Engineering, Front Office, Recreation and Sales departments. These full‑time roles offer the chance to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engineering team: supervise maintenance activities, perform masonry and painting work, and ensure building systems operate efficiently.
• Front Office team: lead concierge services, manage guest relations (Arabic speaking), and handle telephone operations.
• Recreation team: ensure pool safety as a lifeguard and support guest activities as a recreation attendant.
• Sales team: coordinate events and liaise with Arabic‑speaking clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the hotel or related hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Preference for candidates currently residing in the UAE.
