About the role
The Veeva Publishing Specialist will manage and publish digital content across Veeva Systems’ platforms, including the website, marketing materials, and internal tools. The role requires strong design sensibilities and a solid understanding of user experience to create engaging content while following Veeva’s branding guidelines. This is a one‑year fixed‑term contract, remote work, and candidates must be based in the German time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and publish digital content on Veeva’s website, marketing assets, and internal tools.
- Ensure all published material complies with Veeva’s branding guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with campaign objectives.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely updates.
Required profile
- Mandatory experience with Veeva platforms.
- Familiarity with ECTD submissions.
- Ability to work remotely within the German time zone.
- Strong attention to detail.
