Venue Manager - Brasserie All Day Dining

About the role

The Le Méridien in Dubai is looking for a full-time Venue Manager for its All Day Dining restaurant on Al Mamsha Street. The role is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant's operations, covering guest experience, operational excellence, financial performance and team engagement, while maintaining luxury service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events, including staffing levels, opening and closing procedures, and collaboration with Culinary and Stewarding teams
• Lead, coach and develop the restaurant team, set goals, run performance reviews and handle recruitment and onboarding
• Deliver exceptional guest service, handle complaints and service recovery, and monitor guest feedback
• Drive revenue and profitability through sales monitoring, labor control, inventory oversight and upselling initiatives
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health and safety regulations and brand standards, and conduct regular audits
• Support promotions, seasonal activations and special dining experiences, and assist on the floor during high-volume periods

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED, or a 2-year accredited degree in hospitality, hotel and restaurant management or a related field
• 4 years of experience in food and beverage operations, restaurant management or hospitality, or 2 years with a degree
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, brasserie or European dining concept preferred
