Veterinary Nurse

About the role

Modern Vet is looking for a dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join its Dubai clinic. You will work closely with veterinarians to provide high‑quality care for a variety of animal patients, supporting both clinical and surgical activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.
• Collect samples (blood, urine, tissue) for laboratory analysis and administer prescribed medications.
• Prepare animals for surgery, monitor them during treatment, and report any changes in condition.
• Educate pet owners on proper care, nutrition, and post‑treatment instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Veterinary Nursing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Veterinary Nurse experience in the UAE.
• Currently residing in the UAE and available to start immediately.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational skills and a genuine love for animals.
