Veterinary Receptionist – Full‑time (Dubai)

About the role

The Veterinary Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets at Pet Planet Veterinary Clinic in Dubai. You will manage front‑desk operations, handle communications, schedule appointments and ensure a welcoming experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client questions via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person and provide accurate information.
• Welcome walk‑in clients and pets, understand their needs and schedule appointments.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, appointment confirmations, reminders and follow‑ups.
• Process invoices, payments, refunds and other front‑desk transactions accurately.
• Assist with account invoices and inventory‑management preparation.
• Promote and sell pet food, veterinary diets and accessories.
• Guide clients to the consultation room and ensure required forms are completed.
• Coordinate with veterinarians, nurses, groomers and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a veterinary, medical, aesthetic or healthcare clinic in Dubai.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written) with strong phone etiquette.
• Fluent in Russian, Turkish or Filipino is highly preferred.
• Professional, presentable, patient and empathetic when dealing with clients and pets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
