Vice President – Corporate Finance

About the role

The organization is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Finance to lead strategic financial management across its diversified portfolio in Abu Dhabi. Reporting directly to C‑suite leadership, the executive will shape capital strategy, oversee treasury functions, and drive M&A and investment initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement corporate finance strategies to enhance capital efficiency and support portfolio growth.
• Manage capital allocation, liquidity monitoring, debt structuring, and group treasury operations.
• Evaluate M&A opportunities, joint ventures, strategic acquisitions, and divestments.
• Supervise advanced financial modeling, DCF analysis, valuation studies, and transaction feasibility assessments.
• Maintain senior relationships with regional and international investment banks, private equity firms, and lenders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior finance managers, treasury officers, and corporate planning analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field; MBA or CFA highly preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of progressive leadership experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or treasury, with deep GCC market exposure.
• Proven track record in capital markets, funding, and complex financial structuring.
• Strong executive leadership, strategic negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
