Vice President – Development (UAE National)

About the role

Perform and assist in managing development projects from inception to completion, coordinating multi‑disciplinary internal and external consultants and stakeholders to achieve required deliverables. This position is open to UAE nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in business development for land, residential, retail and mixed‑use assets, including identifying new development opportunities and sourcing joint‑venture or project‑finance partners.
• Develop feasibility studies and financial models for residential, retail and mixed‑use projects, coordinating with Project Management, Partnerships & Investments and other functions.
• Conduct land‑bank analysis, recommend asset allocation, phasing plans and pricing based on market benchmarks.
• Monitor design, construction progress and risk registers, providing monthly progress reports and recommending solutions to major issues.
• Support commercial, marketing, asset, PM and FM strategies to ensure proper handover and coordination with relevant entities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of development management experience on large residential and retail assets (value > AED 500 million).
• Background in real‑estate development, preferably with exposure to GCC master developers generating at least AED 2 billion annual revenue.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, land economics, property valuation, architecture or engineering.
