About the role
Our client is an infrastructure and utilities organisation delivering complex engineering and capital projects across the UAE. The business is focused on delivery excellence and long‑term asset sustainability.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee engineering, project delivery, and technical governance across major capital programmes.
- Manage large multidisciplinary project teams and external contractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to required quality standards.
- Support technical due diligence and lifecycle planning.
- Coordinate closely with operations, finance, and regulatory stakeholders while contributing to long‑term infrastructure strategy.
Required profile
- Senior leadership experience in engineering or infrastructure project environments.
- Strong exposure to large‑scale capital projects.
- Experience operating in the UAE (highly preferred).
- Demonstrated technical credibility, leadership maturity and delivery discipline.
- Chartered engineering credentials are advantageous.
