Vice President Finance

About the role

The Vice President, Finance will lead finance transformation initiatives and support the broader finance function at FAB Asset Management Limited. This senior position partners with senior management to deliver high‑quality financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting while ensuring finance processes meet regulatory and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and enhancement of finance systems and reporting tools.
• Drive process automation and digitisation across the finance function.
• Develop finance data governance, reporting standards, and management information capabilities.
• Manage finance transformation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
• Partner with technology teams and external vendors on system integrations and finance architecture.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses for management decisions.
• Monitor business performance and provide insights on revenue, costs, profitability, and key KPIs.
• Oversee accurate and timely management reporting and statutory financial reporting.
• Prepare Board, Executive Committee, and shareholder reporting materials.
• Assist in capital adequacy monitoring, liquidity management, and financial governance activities.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives, product launches, operating model changes, and investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 8–12+ years of experience in finance, finance transformation, financial systems, FP&A, or financial control functions, preferably within asset management.
