Vice President - International Marketing

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Vice President to lead its International Marketing team, driving growth and brand presence across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue‑focused marketing strategies to grow international market share across Asia‑Pacific, Europe, North America and the Middle East.
• Lead VIP player acquisition, building relationships with high‑net‑worth players, agents and junket operators, and design targeted development campaigns.
• Manage and mentor multicultural marketing teams, set performance objectives and drive a results‑oriented culture.
• Conceptualise and deliver international brand activations, partnerships with airlines, luxury travel consortia and tourism boards.
• Own international gaming revenue targets, oversee P&L performance and optimise marketing budgets for ROI.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, AML/CTF standards and data protection across all regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or International Management; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in international gaming or luxury hospitality marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior commercial leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving player acquisition, trip frequency and revenue growth across multiple markets.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Arabic, Russian or Korean are advantageous.
• Experience managing multimillion‑dollar budgets and conducting ROI analysis.
