Vice President - International Sales

About the role

Aldar Academies is seeking a dynamic Vice President to lead its international sales initiatives across emerging markets. You will shape market‑entry strategies, build a high‑performing sales team, and drive revenue growth for the company’s global property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for new international territories.
• Define sales targets, KPIs and performance expectations for the international team.
• Identify market‑entry opportunities and create actionable entry plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer demand in target regions.
• Represent Aldar at international property exhibitions, trade shows and networking events.
• Recruit, train, coach and lead a team of 10‑20 international sales professionals.
• Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients, investors and strategic partners.
• Oversee contract negotiations, pricing and commercial terms to maximise profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in international real‑estate sales, generating AED 2‑4 bn annually.
• Proven track record managing sales operations across multiple geographies, preferably in MENA/GCC markets.
• At least 3 + years leading international sales teams of 10‑20 professionals.
• Deep knowledge of GCC and emerging international real‑estate markets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and closing abilities.
