Vice President – Investor Reporting

About the role
This senior position leads the investor, joint‑venture and lender reporting function for a leading luxury real‑estate developer in the Middle East. Reporting to senior finance leadership, the Vice President ensures accurate, compliant and timely delivery of complex financial information across multiple investment structures.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs for institutional co‑investors across project‑level vehicles.
- Calculate and maintain equity return metrics such as IRR, MOIC, capital account statements and distribution entitlements.
- Manage distribution waterfall calculations, capital drawdown notices and distribution communications.
- Serve as primary contact for investor reporting queries, ad‑hoc analysis and information requests.
- Support joint‑venture partner reporting in line with contractual obligations and maintain reporting calendars for shareholder agreements and financing arrangements.
- Assist board and shareholder reporting, preparing financial reports, analysis and supporting schedules.
- Produce lender reporting deliverables, including covenant calculations, compliance certificates and information undertakings.
- Monitor covenant compliance, highlight emerging risks and support debt capital markets and Sukuk reporting requirements.
- Drive improvements in financial controls, reporting processes and governance frameworks across multi‑entity structures.
- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisers and compliance teams on reporting matters.
Required profile
- 10‑12 years of experience in investor reporting, fund reporting, joint‑venture reporting, financial control, real‑estate investment, private equity or asset management.
- Chartered Accountant qualification (CA, ACCA or CPA) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of complex multi‑entity structures, SPVs and joint‑venture arrangements.
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional finance, treasury and investment teams.
Required skills
- Expertise in equity return calculations (IRR, MOIC) and distribution waterfall modeling.
- Experience with covenant monitoring and compliance reporting.
- Advanced financial reporting and analysis capabilities.
- Knowledge of debt capital markets, Sukuk and related regulatory requirements.
