Vice President Procurement

About the role

The Vice President Procurement will lead ADNOC's contracting services across all group companies, overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts for projects, upstream studies, drilling, operations and support services. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and is responsible for shaping procurement strategy and delivering value across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end contracts execution for projects, upstream studies, drilling, operations and support services across the ADNOC Group.
• Develop sourcing strategies, bidder lists and conduct techno‑procurement negotiations for high‑value, centralized acquisitions.
• Oversee contract award, administration, variation and close‑out ensuring compliance with the Delegation of Authority, ADNOC Group Procurement Policy and Tender Board requirements.
• Manage the division’s budget, risk, HSE standards and drive Emiratisation through talent development and succession planning.
• Coordinate with Legal, dispute teams and contractor performance units to ensure proper contract execution and closure.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in procurement and contract management within the energy or related industrial sector.
• Proven leadership of large, high‑value procurement functions and ability to build high‑performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, tender processes and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive cost‑effective solutions.
