Vice President – Restructuring Advisory

About the role

Jefferies is expanding its Dubai restructuring team and is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead complex restructuring, liability management and special situations transactions across the Middle East, North Africa and broader EMEA region. The role involves direct client interaction, transaction execution and contributing to the growth of Jefferies’ advisory presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of restructuring, refinancing, recapitalisation, liability management and distressed M&A mandates.
• Manage transaction execution including financial analysis, stakeholder coordination, due diligence and project management.
• Develop and review complex financial models, liquidity analyses, business plans and valuation materials.
• Prepare client presentations, strategic reviews, board materials and transaction documentation.
• Support Managing Directors in business development, market coverage and origination activities.
• Mentor Analysts and Associates and coordinate with legal advisers, accounting firms, lenders and investors.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of experience in investment banking, restructuring advisory or related financial advisory practice.
• Strong understanding of debt products, capital structures, credit markets and restructuring solutions.
