About the role
We are seeking a Vice President to lead our retail leasing activities, focusing on luxury brands and high‑end retail spaces in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing lease negotiations, tenant performance analysis, and maintaining strong relationships with key brands and developers.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants.
- Review tenant performance using business P&L statements.
Required profile
- Deep understanding of business P&L statements and tenant performance metrics.
- Extensive luxury retail leasing knowledge and market expertise.
- Established relationships with local and international brands and experience with major developers such as Emaar, MAF, or Dubai Holding.
