Vice President - Solutions Engineering

About the role

Inception42, a G42 company, is seeking a Vice President of Solutions Engineering to lead the function that bridges AI products, platform capabilities, and applied science with real‑world customer environments. The role ensures strategic customers can evaluate, deploy, and scale AI systems with technical clarity and operational confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and operate the Solutions Engineering model across the AI product portfolio, establishing technical standards and execution rhythms for customer‑facing work.
• Own end‑to‑end solution strategy for strategic engagements, from discovery and architecture through validation, deployment planning, and production readiness.
• Partner with Commercial teams to qualify opportunities, shape technical narratives, and align commitments with product capabilities.
• Translate customer requirements, data environments, security constraints, and integration patterns into executable architectures.
• Lead and mentor a senior solutions engineering team, ensuring rigor for enterprise‑scale and national‑scale deployments.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in solutions engineering or a related technical function.
• Deep understanding of enterprise AI platforms, hybrid‑cloud environments, and large‑scale deployment practices.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with product, applied science, engineering, delivery, and commercial teams.
