About the role

The Vice President – Wealth will lead the development and execution of wealth management strategies focused on real‑estate investments. Reporting to senior leadership, the role will drive growth through partnerships, tailored initiatives for high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional investors, and innovative business models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement wealth management strategies aligned with sales objectives and the needs of high‑net‑worth clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with private investors, institutional partners, and financial institutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering customized real‑estate investment guidance and portfolio management.
• Identify new market segments, emerging financial opportunities, and joint‑venture or build‑to‑suit projects for affluent clients.
• Oversee client relationship management to ensure successful transaction completion.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new wealth clients and expand business.
• Support team members in delivering personalized solutions locally and globally.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and stay informed on industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management within a real‑estate or developer environment.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience leading teams or business units.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Finance; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of business development and revenue growth in real‑estate wealth management.
• Deep understanding of the UAE real‑estate market and related regulatory requirements.
