Video Editor & Story Producer

About the role

Robot24.com is seeking a creative Video Editor & Story Producer to transform raw footage from global shoots into engaging short‑form and long‑form video content. The ideal candidate has a strong visual instinct, can spot compelling moments quickly, and knows how to craft narratives that capture and retain audience attention.

Key responsibilities

• Review, organize and tag large volumes of raw footage from worldwide productions.
• Identify the strongest moments, reactions, quotes and sequences to build compelling narratives.
• Edit high‑performing short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce polished long‑form content for YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Create powerful openings and hooks within the first seconds of each video.
• Make creative decisions on what to cut, shorten, emphasize or reposition to strengthen the story.
• Produce platform‑specific edits and versions.
• Integrate subtitles, graphics, sound design, music and visual effects where they enhance the story.
• Maintain a premium visual quality across all Robot24.com content.
• Collaborate closely with Editorial, Social Media and Production teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional video editing experience.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating both short‑form and long‑form work.
• Ability to work independently and manage large editing workflows.
• Fluent English and excellent attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience using Adobe After Effects or comparable motion‑graphics tools.
• Strong understanding of sound design, music selection, colour correction and colour grading.
• Knowledge of subtitles, graphics, visual effects and basic motion‑graphics integration.
• Deep familiarity with social‑media formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and audience‑retention techniques.
