About the role

BrandGills, a marketing and media company based in Dubai, is looking for a full‑time Videographer to join its creative team. You will be responsible for creating engaging video content that meets brand objectives and social‑media standards.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot different types of content for brands and businesses.
• Produce short‑form vertical videos optimized for social media platforms.
• Follow shoot schedules and meet deadlines.
• Work on‑site in Dubai with rotational timings based on shoot needs.
• Commit to a 6‑day work week with a rotating weekly off.
• Travel to locations beyond Bur Dubai, with conveyance provided.

Required profile

• Strong camera‑handling, framing, composition and visual storytelling skills.
• Practical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, stabilizers, tripods and location audio equipment.
• Understanding of current social media formats, trends, pacing, hooks and audience engagement.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, time‑management and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing shoot schedules and rotational timings.
• Own laptop for video editing.

What we offer
