Videographer & Video Editor

About the role

Renowned Agency is seeking a full‑time Videographer & Editor to join its creative team in Dubai, producing video content for a diverse client roster.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short‑form (reels, TikToks) and long‑form videos (event coverage, brand films, interviews) for multiple clients.
• Transform raw footage into on‑brand edits with strong pacing, sound design, motion graphics and light VFX.
• Perform color grading and correction to ensure a consistent premium look across all projects.
• Mix and clean audio, balancing dialogue, voice‑over and music.
• Capture footage using professional cameras or smartphones as required.
• Plan shots and create storyboards when needed.
• Add captions/subtitles and export content in platform‑specific formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
• Manage footage and deliverables through Frame.io and meet deadlines consistently.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing both short‑form and long‑form video, with a portfolio or reel to demonstrate.
• Strong command of editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro and After Effects for motion graphics/VFX.
• Experience with color grading using DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
• Confident shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and smartphones, handling on‑set gear, mics, LED lighting and stabilizers.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Reliable, deadline‑driven and detail‑oriented, able to follow briefs and achieve first‑pass approval.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate; a valid UAE driving licence is a plus.
