VIE – Junior Financial Controller (F/M)

About the role

3C Metal Group, a global provider of piping and engineering services, is looking for a Junior Financial Controller on a VIE contract to join its Finance Team covering the Middle East, Asia and Turkey. Based in Dubai, you will support the financial reporting and analysis activities for the region while contributing to the implementation of a new ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Monthly financial reporting preparation.
• Monitoring and analysis of P&L and cash‑flow performance.
• Support quarterly financial statements preparation and consolidation.
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations and budgets/forecasts.
• Contribute to the implementation of a new ERP system.
• Collaborate with local teams and the French headquarters.
• Participate in process and tool improvements for reporting efficiency.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses as required.

Required profile

• Degree in finance (business school or university).
• First experience in controlling or audit is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and fluent English; Turkish is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of an ERP system (preferred).
