Villa Host – Luxury Resort Guest Experience

About the role

The Villa Host role is a front‑line position at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, focused on delivering a seamless and personalized experience for villa guests. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring every aspect of the guest’s stay is tailored to their preferences and exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Follow resort Standard Operating Procedures and support Front Office operations, including arrivals, departures, check‑in, check‑out and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain professional grooming, appearance and conduct at all times while possessing thorough knowledge of resort facilities, services and daily guest movements.
• Proactively contact guests before arrival to gather preferences, prepare villas, pantries, amenities, minibars and private cellars according to those preferences.
• Welcome guests on arrival, conduct in‑villa check‑in, provide orientation and explain resort facilities.
• Coordinate guest requests with relevant departments, ensuring timely follow‑up and personalized service such as dining recommendations, excursions, shopping assistance, laundry and special arrangements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of food, beverage and wine offerings to assist guests effectively.
• Ensure daily villa services—including housekeeping, turndown, amenities and special arrangements—are executed according to guest preferences.
• Adhere to health, safety and security procedures, report hazards promptly and support initiatives aimed at improving guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and conduct with a strong commitment to hospitality standards.
• Excellent knowledge of resort facilities, services and local attractions.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests and handle complaints with discretion.
• Strong communication skills for daily briefings, logbooks and shift handovers.
• Team‑oriented mindset with flexibility to support new initiatives and improve guest experiences.
