About the role
The Villa Host will deliver highly personalized service to guests staying in the resort’s villas, ensuring every need is anticipated and exceeded. This role combines guest interaction with oversight of villa cleanliness and maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive, responsive service to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, direct and assist in the upkeep and maintenance of assigned villas.
- Ensure villas are spotless, well‑stocked and ready for guest arrival.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Butler or Villa Host in a quality hotel.
- Friendly, outgoing demeanor and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and solve problems.
