About the role
The Villa Host will deliver highly personalized, efficient, and responsive service to guests staying in the resort’s private villas. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring every detail exceeds expectations and creates lasting impressions.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all assigned villas, overseeing cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, providing tailored services and prompt assistance.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other resort departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of villa inventory, supplies, and guest preferences.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and any issues with professionalism and discretion.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Butler or Villa Host in a quality hotel or resort.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a proactive and resource‑ful attitude.
- Ability to work independently and make strong decisions.
