Villa Signature Service Supervisor

About the role

The Villa Signature Service Supervisor ensures seamless guest check‑in experiences, manages billing and account accuracy, and supports the Villa team in delivering high‑quality service at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Set up guest accounts, enter Marriott Rewards data and ensure correct rate application.
• Handle all payment types, vouchers, paid‑outs, and balance receipts at shift start and end.
• Compile daily reports, cashier and closing logs, and manage contingency lists.
• Respond to guest requests, coordinate with appropriate staff and follow up to ensure completion.
• Assist management with training, evaluating, counseling and coaching team members.
• Maintain compliance with accounting procedures, loss prevention notifications and safety standards.
• Provide property information, directions and assist guests with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
