Villa Supervisor

About the role

The Villas Supervisor manages daily operations of the resort’s villas, ensuring top‑level service and guest satisfaction. This includes overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services while coordinating staff schedules and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day villa operations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness for guests.
• Conduct regular inspections and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Process guest check‑ins, manage reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping for villa readiness.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and upselling opportunities professionally.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, and equipment; place orders and conduct audits.
• Train, schedule, and monitor performance of housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and staff performance; assist in budgeting and cost control.

Required profile

• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in a 5‑star hotel or resort environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to inspect villas, including walking and climbing stairs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera Cloud property management system.
• Knowledge of FO system and housekeeping (HSK) operations.
• Efficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
