VIP Concierge Coordinator

About the role

The VIP Concierge Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for our premium members, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience across the lounge and the wider mall. You will welcome members, showcase facilities, and manage all concierge requests with discretion and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Enroll new members, conduct welcome tours, and explain available services.
• Assist guests with lounge tasks, provide detailed information about the mall and surrounding area.
• Maintain a calm, service‑focused environment, overseeing F&B service, housekeeping, and overall ambience.
• Arrange reservations, transportation, entertainment, airport/hotel check‑ins, and off‑premise activities.
• Conduct pre‑arrival calls and personalize each visit based on member profiles while protecting confidentiality.
• Stay updated on UAE events and VIP access, managing key contacts.
• Handle lounge service bookings, venue preparation, and payment processing.
• Act as personal shopper, advising on trends and purchasing on behalf of guests.
• Build strong relationships with lounge service providers and tenants, responding to requests promptly.
• Manage lounge campaigns in line with SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years progressive experience in hospitality, preferably front‑desk or concierge.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of concierge services and luxury guest handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage bookings, payments and vendor relations.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
