VIP Concierge Coordinator – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

The VIP Concierge Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for premium members visiting the MAF Properties lounge and the wider mall. You will ensure each guest receives a seamless, personalized experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Enroll new members, welcome regular guests, and guide them through facilities and services.
• Provide full concierge support, including reservations, dining, wellbeing, entertainment, transportation, airport/hotel check‑ins, and off‑premise activities.
• Conduct pre‑arrival calls, personalize each visit based on member profiles, and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Maintain a calm, service‑focused lounge environment, overseeing F&B service, housekeeping, and overall ambience.
• Act as personal shopper, advising on trends and handling purchases on behalf of VIP guests.
• Manage B2B relationships with lounge service providers and tenants, responding instantly to requests.
• Lead campaign management for lounge promotions in line with SOPs.
• Stay updated on UAE event calendars and ensure VIP access to relevant activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in hospitality, preferably front‑desk or concierge roles.
• Strong knowledge of luxury guest services and ability to handle confidential information.
