VIP Institutional Growth & Operations Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our VIP Institutional Growth & Operations team. You will support the growth, activation, and day‑to‑day operations of our institutional and VIP client products, gaining high‑exposure experience in an end‑to‑end institutional product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research high‑potential institutional, broker, and VIP prospects.
• Support growth initiatives, prospect lists, account expansion plans, and reactivate dormant high‑value accounts.
• Prepare client proposals, incentive structures, and follow‑ups for the growth team.
• Coordinate operational workflows between growth, middle office, and support functions to reduce onboarding friction.
• Produce recurring reports on client volume, activation, and program performance, and conduct ad‑hoc analysis for product teams.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience (internships count) in operations, analytics, product ops, growth or related functions.
• Strong attention to detail with comfort working with numbers, thresholds and structured criteria.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic SQL or a clear willingness to learn quickly.
• Clear written communication and ability to summarize data for stakeholders.
• Based in the UAE or able to work effectively on a UAE‑aligned schedule (remote).
