Virtual Relationship Manager - Business Banking

About the role

As a Virtual Relationship Manager you will manage and develop a portfolio of Business Banking customers, understanding their financial needs and connecting them with appropriate banking solutions. The role focuses on relationship growth, customer retention, cross‑selling and maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the assigned commercial portfolio, contributing to business and revenue objectives.
• Build strong client relationships, assess financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Support customer transactions, collect documentation, maintain accounts and migrate eligible mass‑segment customers.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, update KYC records and ensure all customer documents remain valid.
• Identify potential portfolio risks and ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank, anti‑money laundering and internal policies.
• Proactively cross‑sell assets, liabilities, trade services, treasury, cash management, investment and other banking solutions.
• Receive inbound calls, address customer inquiries professionally and follow up to resolve issues promptly.
• Promote the bank’s products and services, persuade customers to enrol in new offerings and continuously improve product knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in relationship management, business banking or a similar role.
• Good understanding of basic banking products and services.
• Strong relationship management skills.
