Virtual Relationship Manager – Business Banking (UAE Nationals)

About the role

As a Virtual Relationship Manager for Business Banking, you will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, understand their financial needs and connect them with appropriate Sharia‑compliant banking solutions. The role is focused on relationship growth, retention and delivering a high‑quality customer experience while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an assigned commercial portfolio to meet revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with business customers, assess their financing needs and propose suitable products.
• Support transaction processing, documentation collection, account maintenance and migration of eligible mass‑segment customers.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, update KYC records and keep customer documentation current.
• Identify and mitigate portfolio risks, ensuring compliance with UAE Central Bank, AML and internal policies.
• Proactively cross‑sell assets, liabilities, trade services, treasury, cash management, investment and other banking solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in relationship management, business banking or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of KYC and AML regulations.
• Familiarity with UAE Central Bank requirements.
