About the role
MHO Visa Services in Dubai is looking for a specialized Visa Processing Officer to manage visa application files from document review through submission and follow‑up. The role is based in Business Bay and works Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Review client documents to ensure completeness and consistency.
- Prepare and submit visa applications for Schengen, UK, US and Canada according to each destination’s requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations team to obtain missing documents.
- Track applications and update their status in the company system.
Required profile
- Arabic nationality with fluency in Arabic and English.
- Practical experience processing visas for Schengen, UK, US and Canada.
- Previous experience in UAE visa companies is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and maintain client data confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in filling electronic forms and uploading documents.
- Ability to schedule appointments and prepare cover letters, travel plans and organized files.
