About the role

Traveller’s Choice Travel & Tourism L.L.C. is hiring an experienced Visa Sales & Operations professional to join its Dubai team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in visa processing, sales operations, and managing visa applications for different nationalities.

Key responsibilities

Manage visa sales and daily operational activities.
Handle visa applications for different nationalities and ensure accurate processing.
Coordinate with visa‑selling agents and travel agencies across the UAE.
Perform visa application typing, posting, tracking, and follow‑ups using Ninthware.
Maintain accurate records and provide updates on visa application progress.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with partners and clients.

Required profile

Minimum 1+ year of UAE Visa Sales & Operations experience.
Proficiency with the Ninthware system (typing, posting, tracking, follow‑ups).
Experience coordinating with travel agencies and visa‑selling agents across the UAE.
Currently based in the UAE (mandatory).
