Visual Marketing Manager – Europe & META

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Visual Marketing Manager to lead its visual marketing strategy across Europe and the META region. You will be responsible for shaping and executing integrated campaigns that support both consumer and commercial audiences while aligning with business growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the EMEA Visuals marketing strategy for Europe and META, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign planning, media strategy, and execution for visual marketing initiatives.
• Partner with country marketing teams to monitor performance, optimise execution, and measure ROI.
• Oversee quarterly marketing investment planning, budget management, alliance fund utilisation, and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, 4P, PR, Media COE, Business Units, Finance) and external agency partners.
• Collaborate with Visuals Business Unit leadership to align marketing initiatives with market insights and strategic priorities.
• Drive best‑practice sharing across EMEA markets by reviewing country plans, identifying opportunities, and scaling successful approaches.
• Adapt and localise global marketing content for regional audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in visual or brand marketing within a multinational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead integrated campaigns across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and business impact.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and investment planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
