Visual Merchandiser – M&S Retail (UAE)

About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser for Marks & Spencer in the United Arab Emirates, you will be responsible for bringing the brand’s visual identity to life across store environments. Reporting to the Regional Visual Merchandiser, you will ensure a consistent, inspirational shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement all company Visual Merchandising policies and store grid layouts.
• Style mannequins and displays according to brand guidelines and seasonal launches.
• Maintain visual consistency through window displays, in‑store signage, and promotional setups.
• Monitor best‑selling items, competitor activity, and market trends to inform visual strategies.
• Collaborate daily with store managers and the Visual Merchandising Manager to align on requirements and updates.
• Execute corporate marketing initiatives and ensure checklist compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with partners at all levels.
• Leadership qualities with a proven track record of achieving visual goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
