About the role
Marriott International’s Voyage program is a full‑time, paid development experience for recent graduates. Participants rotate through hotel functions, focusing on revenue management, to build real‑world skills and prepare for future leadership roles.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in day‑to‑day hotel operations and revenue management tasks.
- Participate in mini‑rotations across multiple disciplines to understand overall hotel performance.
- Collaborate on special projects, propose process improvements, and present a Voyage capstone project.
- Attend management meetings, contribute ideas, and receive mentorship from senior leaders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Associates acceptable for Culinary).
- Graduated within the last two years or expected graduation within 12 months.
- Strong critical‑thinking, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Self‑starter attitude with a desire for personal and professional growth.
- Legal right to work in the UAE (visa provided for non‑residents).
