VP Commercial & Partnerships - Entertainment & Destinations

About the role

A leading entertainment and leisure group that owns theme parks, attractions, cinemas, retail destinations and family entertainment venues is looking for a Commercial Director in Dubai. The role leads the commercial direction and drives revenue growth across its entertainment assets, overseeing commercial strategy, sales leadership, partnerships with tour operators, sponsorships and commercial negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy across assigned assets and markets, and lead B2B, corporate, trade and partnership sales
• Drive sales plans, KPIs and performance management, and set up commercial governance, dashboards and pipeline management
• Turn corporate goals into commercial initiatives, identify new revenue opportunities and lead negotiations for sponsorships, partnerships and large agreements
• Work with Marketing and Revenue Management on campaign alignment, pricing and demand insights
• Lead commercial performance measurement, forecasting, compliance review of agreements and annual business planning
• Lead and mentor commercial and sales teams, building capability in enterprise selling, negotiation and partnership management

Required profile

• 12-15+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles
• Strong background in sales strategy, partnerships, business development and revenue growth
• Experience in entertainment, theme parks, hospitality or media, in diversified multi-asset businesses
• Advanced negotiation skills and ability to secure high-value deals
• Executive communication and cross-functional leadership
