VP & Head of HR Technology

About the role

The VP & Head of HR Technology will lead the delivery, support and continuous improvement of the bank's HR technology landscape, centred on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. Acting as the primary liaison between Group Human Resources and Group Technology, the role ensures that HR systems, enhancements and projects are aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management of the HR technology ecosystem, guaranteeing stability, security and compliance.
• Drive implementation of automation, AI and digital self‑service solutions such as Oracle Digital Assistant, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and UiPath.
• Serve as the main interface between HR and IT, translating business requirements into technology solutions and overseeing architecture, cybersecurity and data integration.
• Manage HR technology projects, upgrades and enhancements, coordinating with IT project managers, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Own functional governance of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, overseeing change management, testing, release readiness and user adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 10‑12 years of experience in HR technology, digital HR or HR transformation within large, complex organisations, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including core HR, workflows, security, reporting, integrations and production support.
• Proven track record of managing HR technology operations and delivering projects using Agile or similar methodologies.
