VP of Payments

About the role

The VP of Payments will lead all payment operations for a fast‑growing iGaming company, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance and strategic alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end payment operations, optimizing cost and transaction success rates.
• Build and nurture relationships with PSPs, banks and financial institutions, negotiating contracts and expanding capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with global payment regulations and work closely with the compliance team to mitigate fraud.
• Analyse payment data, generate performance reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product, development and support teams to enhance payment processes and launch new services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior‑level payments management experience in the iGaming industry.
• Proven leadership and team‑building abilities with a focus on operational excellence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating complex payment strategies into actionable plans.
