About the role
The Waiter delivers attentive, professional, and efficient table service, ensuring a high‑quality guest experience. This front‑of‑house role represents the brand on the floor and supports smooth service flow through strong product knowledge, accuracy, and teamwork.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, take accurate orders, and enter them into the POS.
- Serve food and beverages promptly with correct presentation and timing.
- Guide guests through menus, provide recommendations, and monitor satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and service areas.
- Coordinate with runners, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and follow hygiene, safety, and SOPs.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in a waiter or service role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
