Waiter – Full‑time Restaurant Service Staff

About the role

SS Bucket Biryani is seeking enthusiastic and service‑oriented waiters to join its restaurant team. The role involves providing friendly, efficient, and professional service while helping create a welcoming dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers warmly and professionally, escort them to tables and provide menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, explain dishes, ingredients, portion sizes and recommend popular items.
• Communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen, serve food and beverages promptly, and check with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond to questions, requests and concerns professionally, resolve minor issues and escalate complaints when necessary.
• Arrange, clean and clear tables efficiently, maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas and restaurant equipment.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, cashiers, supervisors and other team members.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter, server or similar role is preferred; experience in Indian, South Asian or busy casual‑dining restaurants is an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Good verbal communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and maintain professional appearance.
• Reliable, punctual, hardworking, responsible and willing to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
