Waiter – Modern Café in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Waiter to own the rhythm of Le Café LPM, a modern neighbourhood café in Dubai where the spirit of the French Riviera meets city life. From the first espresso of the morning to the last spritz of the evening, you will manage tables, take orders and ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for, becoming the face and name they remember.

Key responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences from greeting to farewell, adapting to guest preferences and moods.
• Know the menu inside‑out, recommend and upsell dishes and drinks appropriately.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and team, handling minor issues independently and escalating larger ones to the manager.
• Record guest preferences and details so nothing is lost, enabling personalized service on future visits.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; personality, energy and genuine warmth are essential.
• Fluent English; French or another European language is a plus.

Required skills

• Excellent communication with guests and kitchen staff.
• Ability to read guest preferences, adapt service and maintain detailed product knowledge.
