Waiter (Turkish Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Waiter who is fluent in Turkish and English to join our Food & Beverage team at Radisson Dubai Damac Hills. The role focuses on delivering first‑class service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth operation of the food and beverage department, ensuring high‑quality service at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maximise guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Take ownership of assigned duties, completing tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in controlling costs and inventory while meeting productivity targets.
• Maintain compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Fluent spoken Turkish and English.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and well‑groomed.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle busy service periods.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

What we offer

• Competitive salary package AED 1,600‑1,750 per month (depending on experience).
• Language allowance of AED 350 and average service charge of AED 700.
