Waiter / Waitress – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the team at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, a luxury hotel that blends authentic Turkish hospitality with modern service standards. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain grooming standards and present a professional appearance at all times.
• Know the restaurant menu, daily specials, and beverage service details, including appropriate glassware and garnishes.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items unobtrusively and efficiently.
• Use opening and closing checklists to ensure smooth venue operations.
• Monitor and restock service stations throughout service periods.
• Update guest profiles, anticipate needs, and report feedback via the Glitch system.
• Track restaurant financial, LQA, and TrustYou targets daily.
• Adhere to HACCP and FIFO standards as required by regional authorities.
• Participate in briefings, training sessions, and special projects across departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in food and beverage service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
