About the role

An exciting international opportunity to join premier luxury hospitality establishments in Dubai. We are seeking energetic, professional, and customer‑focused waiters and waitresses to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in high‑end hotels and world‑class fine‑dining restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests to luxury hotels and fine‑dining venues with a warm, professional demeanor, take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver attentive table service.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverage pairings, daily specials and dietary restrictions to make personalized recommendations.
• Prepare and keep dining rooms, side stations and table setups impeccably according to 5‑star service standards.
• Process orders through the hotel’s POS system, coordinate timing with kitchen and bar teams, and handle bill settlements efficiently.
• Upsell premium options and add‑ons to enhance the guest experience while representing prestigious hotel brands.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older and hold a valid South African passport.
• Proven experience as a waiter, waitress or food‑and‑beverage attendant, preferably in luxury or high‑volume premium restaurants.
• Flawless spoken English with a warm, professional customer‑service manner.
• Outstanding personal grooming, strong interpersonal skills and a confident, enthusiastic presence.
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate full‑time to Dubai, UAE.
