About the role
Join the hospitality team at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, delivering warm, generous service to guests in a luxury beachfront setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely, courteous service and ensure smooth operation of the dining area.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, hotel facilities, and point‑of‑sale (POS) equipment.
- Adhere to hotel policies, safety standards, and grooming standards.
- Assist with room service orders, tray handling, and break‑down in the dish area.
Required profile
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Accurate cash handling.
