About the role
You will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that define our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and thorough knowledge of our outstanding offerings will make each guest feel unique and valued, representing the Pullman Dubai Downtown brand.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way, answering questions and providing recommendations.
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods, ensuring accurate service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage, maintaining high hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress for a reputable hotel or restaurant, demonstrating reliable service.
- Strong food & beverage product knowledge, enabling confident menu and drink suggestions.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining composure during busy periods.
- Focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times to deliver exceptional hospitality.
